To simplify your life, the Towne Properties website offers added-convenience features especially for you.  You can log onto the website and change your personal contact information, view your balance  and payment history.  Payment can be made by credit card (processing fee).  You can also submit a
non-emergency work order and check the status of work orders 24/7. 

Here’s how to register:

• Visit us at www.towneprop.com
• Click on the MyTOWNE SignIN link at the top right corner
• Click on the 'Click here to register' link [right below the SUBMIT button]
• Fill in all fields, using the resident and community numbers on your payment coupon. See circled examples below:
